Our child-oriented and comfortable Ferienhaus with a big garden is placed just a short walk away from the centre of St. Johann.

Our house has 6 comfortable furnished apartments and 2 double-bed-rooms that can be booked to an apartment.

The big garden with a lawn and a swimming pool will invite you to relax. Your children will be happy about the petting zoo and the gratis pony trekking.

Our high-quality water is prepared in our whole house with the grander technology. The small wellness area is available for our guests in the wintertime.

We want to spoil you from the first day on. So we can offer you a daily delivery from the bakery with fresh bread and rolls.

For excursions in the surrounding areas we have bikes available.

Take a bath at the lake in St. Johann

For our summer guests is a bathing lake nearly and for our winter guests a cross-country ski track.

At the bathing lake is a place to play beach volleyball, a children’s playground, children pool and a snack bar.

Furthermore there are many other sights and places of interests.

All night long in St. Johann

Many restaurants, discos, bars and the centre as well can be reached in 5 minutes by feet.

On rainy days you can visit the big cinema complex with several halls, experience gastronomy and pool billiard and slot machines.
